Alongside the new academic year checklists and cyber alerts you'll have seen in our regular articles, we've been steadily updating of the portal: new courses, new guidance documents, a reorganised menu structure, and upgrades to several of the compliance tools you use every day. Here's a full round-up of what's changed.

To assign courses to your staff, we should use the to-do functionality via the Course Assignment and Progress Report.
When we assign a to-do via this report, and the user completes the course, the to-do will be automatically marked as complete in the to-do list.

As we've added the "Assigned Documents" capability to the Data Protection Knowledge Bank, the menu title has changed to "My Activities".
We have updated how enrolment works.
As a school manager, you no longer have to enrol your staff on courses.
All registered users within your school will automatically have access to all courses.
All you need to do, is upload staff to the Data Protection Knowledge Bank and instruct them to login and that the course is available.
